These motors meet the minimum energy efficiency requirements defined in GB18613-2012 “Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors” and are in line with the international standard IEC60034-30 “Efficiency Classification of Single-Speed, Three-Phase, Cage-Induction Motors” with an efficiency level of IE2. The efficiency values are determined by measuring the input-output power loss analysis method according to GB/T1032-2005 section 10.4.
YE2 high-efficiency motors are widely used across various sectors of the national economy, including machine tools, water pumps, fans, compressors, and other applications such as transportation, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, and food processing, where there are no flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases.
The installation dimensions and power levels of the YE2 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors comply with IEC international standards and are consistent with Germany’s DIN42673 standards. The protection level of the casing is IP55, the cooling method is IC411, and they operate continuously (S1). The motors feature F-class insulation but are evaluated for temperature rise according to B-class. They are also required to be assessed for load noise; motors in frame sizes H280-355 come equipped with a greasing device.
The rated voltage of these motors is 380V, with a rated frequency of 50Hz, and power ranges from 0.75-375kW, including 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole motors. Motors with power ratings of 3kW and below use Y-connection, while others use Δ-connection. For special requirements, such as double shaft extensions, reverse rotation of the output shaft, humid tropical type, outdoor anti-corrosion type, or others, please specify in the contract and contact our factory in advance.
When placing an order, please refer to the product catalog to determine the model specifications and other data, and try to choose the standard specifications listed in the catalog. In the order contract, please specify the motor model, power, speed regulation, voltage, frequency, noise, and installation type. If the noise level is not specified, it will be supplied according to level 2.
For 2-pole motors of 5.5kW and above, and 4-pole motors of 37kW and above, belt transmission is not recommended.
Unless otherwise specified, Xima Electric defaults to horizontal B3 installation, B-class insulation, and IP44 protection level.
