Motor Overview
The Xi’an Taifu Simar YJTKK series 6KV/10KV high-voltage variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motor is a cage-type rotor asynchronous motor. The protection grade of this series of motors is IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is IC611.
This series of variable-frequency motors has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and convenient installation and maintenance.
This series of variable-frequency motors can be used to drive various different machinery. It is widely used in compressors, machine tools, water pumps, fans, mixers, transportation, agriculture, food and other mechanical supporting equipment, as well as high-tech fields such as power plants, building materials, aviation, and navigation.
The structure and installation type of the Xi’an Taifu Simar YJTKK series 6KV/10KV high-voltage variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motor is IMB3. The rated output is based on the continuous duty (S1) continuous rated output. The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 6KV and 10KV. Other voltage levels or special requirements can be negotiated with the user when ordering.
It adopts F-class insulation structure, but the temperature rise of the entire series is assessed according to B-class; and the load noise is required to be assessed; the H280-1000 motor is equipped with an oil filling and draining device.
Viewed from the shaft extension end, the 2-pole motor rotates clockwise. If the user requires counterclockwise rotation, it must be specified when ordering.
Operating Conditions for Variable-Frequency Motors
- The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
- The ambient air temperature changes with the seasons but does not exceed 40°C, and the minimum does not fall below -15°C.
- The average relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the monthly average minimum temperature of this month does not exceed 25°C.
