The Xi’an Taifu SIMO YBE3 series ultra-high-efficiency explosion-proof motors (frame sizes 132 to 355), referred to as “motors,” are fully enclosed, self-cooling, squirrel-cage, explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors. They have been independently developed using the latest design methods, combining advanced foreign technology with our company’s long-term successful experience in producing low-voltage and explosion-proof high-efficiency motors. The efficiency complies with the Level 2 energy efficiency requirements outlined in GB 18613-2012 “Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors,” and is consistent with the IE3 classification in the international standard IEC 60034-30 “Efficiency Classification of Single-Speed Three-Phase Squirrel-Cage Induction Motors.”
This series of explosion-proof motors complies with the requirements of GB 755-2008 “Rotating Electrical Machines – Ratings and Performance,” GB 3836.1-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements,” and GB 3836.2-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosures ‘d’”. The explosion-proof marking is ExdIIBT4 Gb, making it suitable for factory use with Class II B, temperature class T4, and equipment protection level Gb. It can replace ExdIIAT4 Gb products.

Ordering Instructions for YBE3 High-Efficiency Explosion-Proof Motors
If there are special requirements, such as double shaft extension, reverse position of the terminal box, reverse rotation of the shaft, or the need for tropical, humid, or outdoor corrosion-resistant models, these must be clearly stated in the contract and pre-arranged with our factory.
Please consult the product catalog when placing an order to determine the model specifications and other data of the required product. Whenever possible, choose standard specifications listed in the catalog. Specify the motor’s model, power, speed regulation, voltage, frequency, noise level, and installation type in the purchase contract. If the noise level is not specified, all products will be supplied at Level 2.
Belt transmission is not allowed for 2-pole motors of 5.5KW and above and 4-pole motors of 38KW and above.
If there are no special requirements, the default parameters for SIMO Motor are: horizontal B3 installation, Class B insulation, and IP44 protection.
