Motor Overview
The Xi’an TaiFu XiMa YBBP series explosion-proof variable frequency speed regulation motor is a newly developed product based on the YB2 series explosion-proof motor, incorporating the latest domestic and international technologies in electromagnetic structure, process, and materials. This motor features excellent speed regulation, energy efficiency, a large temperature rise margin, long lifespan, superior performance, low noise, advanced explosion-proof structure, high reliability, and easy maintenance. It can be paired with various domestic and international frequency conversion devices, contributing to energy savings and the realization of automatic control. The rated power, rated speed, and installation dimensions are consistent with the YB2 series motors.
The YBBP series explosion-proof variable frequency speed regulation motor complies with the industry standards GB755-2000 “Rotating Electrical Machines – Ratings and Performance” and JB/T7565.1-2004 “Technical Conditions of YB2 Series Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Size H63~355).” Its explosion-proof performance meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 “Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres – Part 1: General Requirements” and GB3836.2-2000 “Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres – Part 2: Explosion-Proof Enclosures ‘d’,” and is classified as ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4, making it suitable for hazardous environments with explosive gas atmospheres in underground coal mines (excluding mining faces) and factories classified as IIA and IIB, with temperature groups T1~T4.
The motor’s enclosure protection grade is IP54 or IP55, and the cooling method is IC416.
The motor can also be made in versions suitable for tropical humid, tropical dry, outdoor, outdoor moderate corrosion-resistant, and outdoor humid environments.
Operating Conditions for YBBP Explosion-Proof Variable Frequency Speed Regulation Motors
- Altitude: Suitable for use at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
- Ambient Air Temperature: Operates in environments with surrounding air temperatures ranging from a minimum of -15°C to a maximum of 35°C (for underground coal mines) or 40°C (for factories).
- Ambient Air Humidity: The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air should not exceed 95% (at 25°C) for underground coal mines, or the average relative humidity of the most humid month should not exceed 90%, with the average minimum temperature of that month not exceeding 25°C (for factories).
